New Site, who's this?

March 21, 2020

Welcome back, we are deep into the New Year and I am excited to share what has been going down! I took a pause on blogging to update, refresh and renew everything from my website to blog content. For the rest of the year, I have lined up a community of entrepreneurs, experts, and features passing on knowledge to those in need.

For those of you who don’t know, I am Teresa Nuñez a commercial photographer that has been working in the creative industry for the last 15 years. I have had the chance to consistently work with passionate entrepreneurs in helping bring their company’s vision to life. In the early 2000s, I received my Bachelors of Arts at the University of Long Beach, I then moved deep into Los Angeles to cultivate my craft by working with professional photographers, designers, and studios. I eventually moved to the Pacific Northwest and started Nuñez Creative LLC, where I focus on providing photography, consultation, and brand management to a host of local businesses and entrepreneurs.

When I was in the — let’s figure this out — stage I felt a little lost and very insecure. I had so many instances of, “How the heck do I make this a viable way of living?”, and did not have the capital to hire others who could help in the areas I lacked. For the most part, I gained knowledge from different mentors and fellow entrepreneurs but, in all honesty, I did a lot of googling! I looked everywhere to find information on the skills I had yet to learn and along the way realized it takes more than just skill to make what you want to come to light. The need for balance in yourself is just as important as it is in business, this combination is what makes it all work.

Because of that, I started blogging to share, not only the information I continue to learn in my own journey but mainly as an outlet where others can connect to local businesses and learn straight from them. Along with filling your body and soul by posting healthy recipes, fun photoshoots, and some community events, because it takes a community to build a business.

So sit back and enjoy a stream of insight to fuel your mind, body and soul!
